Too many graduates face a mismatch between what they learned and what employers need — leading to unemployment or underemployment. The Student Development Program (SDP) closes that gap with industry-relevant training delivered by experienced corporate professionals.

The programme runs four times annually.
Weekly themed sessions, held on Saturdays.
Every session is led by practising corporate professionals.
In 2021, SDP reached 35 students from 7 universities through 15 technical and soft-skill sessions. SDP 2.0 expands that to 80 students from 12 universities, with 15 free courses plus one-on-one career counselling.
Courses span communication, diversity & inclusion, teamwork, emotional intelligence, advanced Excel, Power BI, data analytics, personal branding, self-leadership, problem solving, time management, interview skills, financial statements and change management.
