With a Master's in Public Administration and a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Adeel Shareef is a prominent name in Pakistan's HR industry. He joined PSTD in 2007 and has overseen major projects, assessment centres and conferences including CONNEX and WIBCON.
Head of Marketing and Conferences
Farooq Amin is a seasoned creative marketing leader with over 25 years of experience across leading institutions including Bank Alfalah, HBL, MCB and UBL. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from Southeastern University, Karachi, and drives brand strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Chief Growth Officer
Amna Daudi leads PSTD's growth agenda, building partnerships and new lines of business that expand the institution's reach and impact.
Acting Head of Business (North)
Saquib is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner with 15+ years of experience. He is trained in coaching and specialises in developing Training-of-Trainers programmes.
Head of Finance
Lubna Laeeq has been a part of PSTD since 2006 with over sixteen years of experience in Finance & Accounting. She holds a Master's in Finance and develops the institution's financial strategies.
