What is PSTD?

PSTD (Pakistan Society for Training & Development) is an independent, non-profit institution focused on learning and development — offering training programmes, conferences and professional development opportunities since 1966.

What does PSTD offer?

Public training programmes, customised corporate training, conferences, consulting, coaching and digital learning through our LMS.

What are public training programmes?

Do you deliver customised corporate training?

Yes. We design tailored programmes aligned with your organisation's goals using our Learning Journey Framework — diagnose, design, deliver, debrief.

Does PSTD run conferences and events?

Yes — high-impact conferences and seminars that bring together industry leaders, experts and practitioners from across the profession.

Do you offer consulting and coaching?

Yes. Our Consulting practice covers assessment, competency frameworks, engagement surveys and research; our Coaching panel delivers executive and functional coaching.

Where is your training facility?

Our purpose-built Learning Facility is in Phase V, DHA, Karachi, with auditoriums, conference halls, board rooms and syndicate rooms available to book.

Are courses available online?

Yes — through the Digital Learning Academy, with bilingual self-paced modules and live virtual sessions on our LMS.
